W & M The Chocolate and Fruitcake Way

Neither myself or my partner are credentialed, degree from such and such culinary institute, cooks.  We are two people who love to create good food.  It is as simple as that.

 

That desire to create good food led to the creation of the Chocolate Sauce several years ago.  When I have taught cooking classes, I have told my students that some of your best creations shall come from your seizing a moment and saying to yourself, "I wonder oif this will go with this?"

 

Several years ago I noticed I had several types of chocolate in the cupboard and my mind began to ask and analyze "I wonder if this will go with this?"  The result was the combination of three different types of chocolate, red wine, maple syrup and when the mixture was hauled off of the heat stirring in frozen raspberries while it cooled.  My wonderful wife wife and partner, Cindy who often tastes and suggests revisions, now considers this about the only chocolate sauce she wants in the house.

 

The perceptive reader will see that this is a chocolate sauce that is an indulgent taste adventure.  Sometimes we need to indulge ourselves with such adventures. 

 

Fruitcakes You Say?

 

After several years of trying to buy a good commercially produced fruitcake and being disappointed,  We began an adventure in creating Dark Fruitcakes.

 

What was made for Christmas 2025, prompted Cindy to say you seriously should consider producing these to sell some to people.

 

The story of the Chocolate Sauce and the Dark Fruitcake has come from experimentation and now reached the stage of considering selling to the interested public.

 

As you read further and investigate this site you will come to realize that what we offer is above the average and so the price point for these products will not be an average price.  We are confident that the taste of these products will more than justify the asking price for purchase.
